Look into Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, as this treatment is known to increase the stem-cell quantity within your own body. No risk of foreign contamination, nor ethical dilemmas.
Hi Rainey, Thank you so much for sharing your story. It sounds like you have had a terrific recovery and also sidestepped the vaxx concern. Would you feel comfortable sharing the name of the clinic in Seattle or maybe a link that provides more info on this approach? Thank you.🙏🏻
Hi, thank you for offering a platform for sovereign health choices. I’m a big fan of yours. I will share my story in hopes it contributes to the conversation.
I had a torn rotator cuff 2 years ago to this month. I was told that surgery was my only option. I was introduced to the idea of stem cells based off some podcasts that I had listened to. I did not want to do umbilical for vax-contaminated post 2020 era. I was referred by my func. Md to a dr in Seattle who did Marrow/PRP/ Adipose from my own cells (which never left the room that I was in.)The process took less than 1.5 hours with the actual stem cell part probably taking less than 1 hour. I was sent home and told to do very light lifting for about 2 weeks and enroll in PT for 3 months. After the first day post recovery my shoulder already felt 1000x better and I was able to move it more than I had in months. After about 2 weeks I had a full range of motion and was already doing PT. After the 3 months (probably sooner but why push it) I could put a full load and do pushups. It has been 2 years since I had the procedure and my shoulder feels like nothing happened. The Dr. told me that I could always do a round of PRP if I was feeling any pain but so far I haven’t needed to and I haven’t revisited him. Just like all “natural” health things, insurance does not cover it but the price of not having to do a full surgery in the hospital with all of the drugs and recovery time- I think it’s a small price to pay for your health. I was also told that if the stem cells did not improve my should that the surgery is always an available option afterwards. There was literally no down time. I was working the next day, although sore from the marrow extraction. This procedure was obviously different from the article and umbilical cord but still hopefully offers a perspective of other stem cell options and my experience with it.
From my research around 2015 and talking to a company based out of FL, umbilical cord blood stem cells are amazing. They had a man who had a heart attack come in for infusions and the cells healed his heart. I’m sure most have listened to Mel Gibson interview on umbilical cord cells on Joe Rogan. His dads story was pretty amazing. The application of these would be amazing. As a Christian I didn’t find anything unethical as far as procuring them.
Links to clinics in Panama. Many testimonies on YouTube.
As Arc said in a comment… I also would be worried about cv vaxxed blood. For that reason I would be hesitant. Pre vaxx timeline, I would have not hesitated.
Dr. Stillman: did you happen to review Christian Drapeau's claims to stimulate stem cells' regeneration via specific plants' extractions? If so, happy to learn your critical anslysis
I’ve also wondered about sourcing and, if people have been vaxxed, how/if that would impact the quality and safety of the stem cells?

Thank you! I appreciate it and will check it out.
