Dr stillman I bought a Oura ring and have been using for a few weeks now it is so helpful and I am so grateful . I love reading everything you write, you are a wealth of information! But recently I just came across this email with a video from children’s health defense . They talk about the Oura ring being tested and that it shows high levels of RF and also causes people’s hands to swell. Can you tell me your input and opinions on this ? You can wear it in airplane mode. That's what I do. Levels are extremely low that way.
