Perfect for: people who can't slow down. People who can't stop working. People who can't stop thinking, serving, doing, making, building, etc. And, perhaps more importantly, for the people who love them and wish they should slow down.
Not for: under-achievers or boring people.
Sandbags. Why would you want a sandbag? For exercise! Sandbags are all the rage in the fitness community, because they're so versatile. Don't know how to use one? I'm on the road right now and I'm working out with my sandbag almost everyday.

Not for: trick question - this one is for everyone, because everyone needs to do weight-bearing exercise.
SaunaSpace saunas or their photon light. I feel like a broken record on this one - I believe that everyone needs a sauna. My post on saunas is here.

The Oura Ring is by far my favorite fitness tracker. We recommend this to practically everyone we take care of as a means of accountability and feedback. We use metrics like resting heart rate, HRV, and respiratory rate on a daily basis. If you don't have a fitness tracker and are considering buying one, this is my pick.
Perfect for: people who struggle with self-care and who often don't take enough time for themselves.
Not for: people who aren't ready for new levels of personal insight.
Blue blockers are always a good gift. Who doesn't need another pair of stylish rose-colored glasses?
Perfect for: people who will actually use them instead of letting them sit around and collect dust.
Not for: people who are afraid of being ahead of the curve.

I finally broke down and bought myself the Oura ring after reading this post. Merry Christmas to me! Merry Christmas to all!
Dr stillman I bought a Oura ring and have been using for a few weeks now it is so helpful and I am so grateful . I love reading everything you write, you are a wealth of information! But recently I just came across this email with a video from children’s health defense . They talk about the Oura ring being tested and that it shows high levels of RF and also causes people’s hands to swell. Can you tell me your input and opinions on this ?
