Dr Stillman---been going to Dr of functional medicine who did more for me than any other Dr I’ve ever seen. Unfortunately, I am at high risk for Alzheimer’s and already slipping. Symptoms began after a rough fight with Covid. Long-Covid protocol helped but I’m not where I was, searching for Bredesen-Trained DR BUT VERY DISILLUSIONED. sounds like they want thousands down and $200 a month but I only hear about diet. I am professionally trained in this field and am knowledgeable of Alzheimer’s diet recommendations which I’ve followed for years. Exercised all my life. Can $5000 down and $200 a month get me more than a diet and exercise coach?

I found the Bredesen protocol to be rather inadequate. I think he's too mired in the literature and is not innovating enough. $5000 can go a lot further than just a diet and exercise coach. We offer some programs with very extensive labs that go with it. We're working on these at the moment and I'll post them there when they're ready!

This is awesome information and I totally understand what you are saying. Again, just getting a diet and some exercise is not going to solve the problem alone. Mindset, emotional state, diet based on individual body type, flexibility, and some exercise is required. In other words, a patient has to make lifestyle changes before external treatments will make a difference. You cannot solve an internal problem with external solutions. I tell my patients that I am the guide and it is up to them to make the changes necessary to change their life.

Seems like a fair dose of simple common sense and..(wait for it) personal responsibility! As I’ve told my drug addicted son, “I can’t care for you more than you do, and have it work!”
