Would love your insight in dealing with anxiety, specifically OCD which is so debilitating and prevalent, and not enough help/useful info out there. What nutrients to take for it (or other things). Also how to taper off long term use of antidepressants (been grappling with prolonged, severe withdrawal symptoms). Thanks for all you do!
Thank you, Dr. Stillman, for connecting yourself in the ways that you do. I have much respect for your level of passion, commitment and energy! I would love to know more about structured water. With the challenges that many people face with public water systems, I think it’s important to understand what kind of water really feeds and nourishes our bodies. Enjoy a marvelous Fourth of July weekend!
Hormones, hormones, hormones...We don't ever learn how to support ourselves and our loved ones at various stages of life. Teens are commonly put on antibiotics for acne; simalarly adults are given bad advice through the aging process, by conventional doctors not trained in this area (and often sent to endocrinolgists as a "solution"). My best education about hormones came from a compounding pharmacist doing women's assessments and offering saliva tests & estrogen/progesterone creams. We need to know more, so we can support our families in a more caring, nurturing way. : )
One thought is if you can keep video's about 12 - 15 minutes long. I think it's proven that people tend to choose to watch video's, more frequently, that are 12 -15 minutes long. A summary at the end of a video would be nice. I enjoyed your first book. Is it possible to have flow charts detailing a particular disease or diseases, incorporating treatments and required testing? And do that by writing a book. Sounds ambitious. Maybe I'm hoping for too much.
There is just so much information on the internet. Just some random thoughts 🙂
The U.K.’s John Campbell seems to have the length just right BUT that’s when it is only he speaking on a chosen topic.
Interviews should be longer. Your interview with David Brownstein was very good and the length was just right for the amount of (important) information.
Hi Dr. Stillman, thank you so much for all that you do. Your emails are informative, straightforward, fascinating, and most welcome. However, it seems there's been several emails in a row directed towards men's health recently, which I have no interest in. How about balancing our emails with 1 email re men's health; 1 email re women's health; and the remainder focused on issues we share, for ex., cancer/heart disease/thyroid/anti-aging and longevity (probably being the most popular subjects), or whatever else you'd like to talk about, etc., so that we don't tune out? Or pick 1 day a week, or once a month for men's health, and 1 day a week or month for women's health? Just a thought. Thank you:)
The subject of PH....do you think an acidic body is an unhealthy terrain? The nanotechnology in our bodies (from multiple vectors besides C-19 injections), grows rapidly in an acidic body.
Women’s health! So many women are suffering from low T like men. Are the reasons the same or different? Are the remedies the same or different? Is replacement therapy safe and recommended for pre-menopausal in their 30s/40s or even post menopausal women?
It's not a fad. Free electrons flow from the Earth which operates on a DC (direct current) In long harmonious waves and into our bodies; this lowers oxidative stress and ROS (reactive oxygen species) production, which left unchecked can lead to chronic inflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction etc. You shouldn't need a doctor to explain to you that there are benefits from standing on the Earth, being in a forest, swimming in the ocean etc. Just search grounding/earthing into Google Scholar/Pub med. The effects have been validated 'scientifically'...
I’d like to hear your opinion on the emerging area of whole body hyperthermia and depression. Is it something we can create at home with a dome sauna so the head is out of the device and so duration of exposure can be much longer
Some of the things I would like to learn and see you talk about are: other than the sperti and emr tek are there other tech based modalities you use in your practice, such as HUSO, magnetico, brown's gas, hydrogen inhalation, etc. I would love to see you offer some practitioner-based courses covering HTMA, NutrEval and the LRA Elisa/act testing and how you interpret those. Are there any uses for humic/fulvic based supplements or C60 supplements. I appreciate all you do and all the information you have been putting out is just phenomenal. Thanks so much!

Methylation seems very complex and I would love to understand it better.
You seem to be doing a lot of video's 🙂

I agree about video length.
That said, I often watch longer videos, too.

Would love to learn more about ways to eradicate plaque buildup in the arteries
Look into Lumbrokinaise...very interesting!
Yes my husband is taking it now
:-)
Nice! Nattokinaise & Serapaptaise have similar and impressive attributes.

Agree with Heather: more info on Methylation
Have you do a podcast or interview with Dr. Nathan Bryan on "Nitric Oxide" Nitric Oxide may be the greatest Anti-Aging element for all of us!!!!!
Another tooic would be gut issues, specifically SIBO

I’d like more information about the liver - how to know if it’s healthy, how to protect the health of it and are detox procols good or necessary?

I’d like to hear from you about the benefits of “grounding”. Does science back up it’s claims, or is it just another fad?

Urotherapy. Grossly underestimated or just gross?
