We’re hiring another practitioner
We're looking for someone very specific.
If you don’t know who we are and what we do, we’re a boutique natural and integrative (some people call it functional) medical practice with an obsession for getting the best results possible as efficiently as possible.
We help tired, foggy, inflamed people, often with severe autoimmune diseases, to reclaim their health.
And we need another practitioner to join our growing team.
You should be:
Brand new or early in your career. Fresh out of school is great. The less you think you already know, the better. If you have years or decades of experience, then you need to be young at heart.
Ready to learn. Hungry. Eager. Excited.
Determined. Willing to get up every day and work hard, and keep getting better.
Be able and willing to prescribe medications like ivermectin, albendazole, and bioidentical hormones like estradiol and testosterone.
If you do a good job, you’ll earn a great living, have a healthy work environment, work with an exceptional team, and be able to work from anywhere (serving patients in Florida and Texas). My goal is simple - I want everyone on our team to build a life they love.
But you have to be exceptional. You have to want to be the best.
You need to be the kind of person who:
Gets energized by hard work and big, ugly, sticky problems.
Thinks “interesting” when tough cases show up.
Studies cases, protocols, and patterns with an almost obsessive focus (if you’ve ever been told you, “work too hard,” you’re my kind of person).
You will feel intimidated, uncertain, and anxious sometimes. That’s normal when real people’s lives and well‑being are on the line. I don’t expect you not to feel it. I expect you to show up anyway, prepared, and committed to getting better every week.
In practice, that means:
Doing deep intakes and follow‑ups under my supervision.
Reviewing cases outside of appointments so you come in sharp.
Taking feedback, implementing it, and coming back with better questions.
If that sounds like you, apply here.
We’re not in a hurry. I’m going to take my time and find the right person. If you’re early in your career and want to help build the practice I intend to turn into the best place on earth for exhausted, inflamed patients to get care, apply now.
Be well,
Dr. Stillman
