My practice is expanding faster than I ever imagined. It’s time to bring together a team that shares my passion for helping patients heal from autoimmune disease. This is not merely about adding staff. It is about growing a movement to shift how medicine is practiced, to restore health rather than suppress symptoms, and to end the autoimmune epidemic once and for all.

Why We Are Hiring

The demand for genuine integrative care is surging. More patients than ever are reaching out, fed up with endless prescriptions, “normal” lab results, and doctors who say nothing else can be done. I cannot meet this demand alone. That is why I am building a team. I seek people who are skilled, motivated, and aligned with the mission of root-cause healing.

The Role We Need Most Now: Virtual Assistant

The role I need to fill immediately is a Virtual Assistant. This position will be the backbone of the practice as we grow.

Responsibilities:

• Calendar, email, scheduling management

• DM and chat support for our growing LifeWave program

• Executing workflows across various platforms

• Flexible problem solving in a fast-moving environment

Ideal Qualities:

• Organized, detail oriented, proactive

• Strong verbal and written communicator

• Comfortable learning new tools and technology

• Adaptable to the evolving needs of a growing practice

• Customer Sales Experience
