I used to be religiously vaccinated. Uber-vaccinated even, as I was working in Africa and my employer required the whole gamut - including Typhoid fever and Rabies. I was very proud of my little yellow book. Then, I became pregnant in America. And I became aware of the calendar of required injections. I was flabbergasted. In the span of the 8 months until the birth, I researched left and right and went from a believer, to "delayed" to "selective" to "not in a month of Sundays". My two kids (14 and 11) are unvaccinated, except for one accident one day when my daughter was supposed to receive a flu test and instead was administered a flu vaccine (WHAT). I'm glad they are not. They are rarely sick and when they are, 24 to 48hrs of high dose liposomal vitamin C, vitamin D3, oregano oil, black seed oil and quercetin - with sometimes infra-red sauna, which we have at home, and H2O2 nebulizing if upper respiratory - is all it takes to square them right up. Very high contrast to all their classmates who are constantly sick. My personal last vaccine was that flu shot before I got pregnant. The renewal of green card would have required me to receive boosters, so I became a citizen...
