I started our training program almost two months ago now.
I made it by-application-only for a while.
But I’ve observed a few things:
Enough people are applying that we can’t call/contact all of them with our current team.
People are loving the training program. We have ~30 members and over ten people show up to our 8 AM Central training call.
The call lasts two hours and most people stay for the whole thing.
So I know it’s a great opportunity, because:
People are staying.
People are showing up.,
People continue to apply, many of them based on referral from current participants.
We’ve attracted doctors, coaches, and lay people who just want to learn to help their nearest and dearest.
