New opportunity to work with Jim Laird
Don't miss out
Jim Laird has been working with me for almost three years now. He joined my practice in the midst of COVID. Lockdowns had shut down his gym for months. He decided he wanted to be free and to live a more outdoor life, which was tough in Lexington, Kentucky. As if that weren’t enough, a car accident badly affected his ability to train people. I needed help in my practice just as he was getting back to working, and I gladly accepted his help.
In the last three years, he has consistently impressed me with the results the he has helped my patients to achieve. He trained my wife and I personally. I gained 20 pounds of muscle in just six months, with no performance-enhancing drugs or anabolic steroids. Michelle grew up being practically unable to run due to knee pain, and now she can lift weights and run without pain.
I’ve seen Jim deliver exceptional results to our patients time and again. He’s a master of his craft.
But a few months ago, I looked at the numbers in my practice and realized that I had to make some difficult decisions about where to spend my time. Too many things were demanding my attention, and I had to make choices about my priorities. I then realized that while having a full-time coach like Jim was amazing, it wasn’t something that made sense given the size of my practice. Besides that, I reflected on the fact that many people who need me don't necessarily need much (if any) additional virtual training, and likewise that many people who need training do not necessarily need me to be their doctor.
All of that is a long way of saying that Jim is starting his own coaching business, and that he is now taking on clients. I know his schedule will book up, so I encourage you to act now to train with him. You can book a discovery call with him here.
If you're interested in getting into the best shape of your life, I encourage you to apply to work with Jim. This was one of the best decisions I ever made, and I can’t tell you what a positive impact it has had on my life.
Jim, thanks for all your hard work and help the last three years. I don't know what I would have done without you. We are all excited to see what you create next!
Until next time, be well,
Dr. Stillman
