I'm revamping this Substack for better, more consistent content.

Every week, I'm carving out an entire afternoon to work on content for you all. Here is what you can look forward to.

1. Monday Masterclasses with Dr. Stillman. I'll be giving quick, but in-depth reviews of different topics each week. These will be a mix of articles and videos. They will be 100% free.

2. Every Monday after the Masterclass, there will be a Q&A for premium subscribers. I had been doing 1-2 hours of monthly Q&A's, and I figured that 1) it would be great to answer your questions more frequently than once a month and 2) it would be great to actually get facetime with you. These calls will be via Zoom rather than in a webinar format, so we can have some back-and-forth. You don't have to be there to ask questions - I'll be answering questions as they are asked in comments.

3. Premium subscribers get to request and vote on what topics I will be addressing each month.

4. Recipes, protocols, and other highly valuable information will remain behind the paywall. If the premium subscription doesn't save you the cost of the subscription each year, you're not using it right!

This all starts in June. The first Masterclass day will be Monday - I am out of town the following Monday, but every other Monday in June there will be a masterclass.
