As I strongly recommend estrogen to women during and after menopause, a number of people reached out to me to ask me what I thought of the interview.

There are numerous problems with Dinkov’s research. In this article, I’ll show the REAL dangers of having too little estrogen, of manipulating the body’s hormone levels with estrogen blockers, and restricting amino acids like tryptophan in a misguided attempt to drop serotonin levels.

Estrogen is neither good nor bad - the dose makes the poison. What keeps close company that is often overlooked is copper. We live in a copper toxic world.

This is why we get such good results in my practice when we use mineral balancing and when we use LifeWave patches. GHK-Cu, which is activated by the X39 LifeWave patch, harnesses the power of copper so that it doesn’t wreak havoc on cellular biology. Sign up for our mineral balancing (HTMA Secrets) course waiting list. We’ll be open for enrollment again in 2024.

So how should we use estrogen clinically? The rest of this article brings together decades of research and clinical experience, so it’s reserved for premium subscribers only. Upgrade today and find out what you’re missing!
