Light is fast emerging as one of our most powerful therapeutics.
Here’s the sort of testimonial we’ll regularly get regarding light therapy:

This was after just eight weeks.
What’s Possible?
I’ve seen light therapy do almost anything and everything, depending upon the case (individual results vary, of course). Here are just a few of my favorite stories:
My mother reversed years of neck, back, and mood issues in just seven months.
My friend Kathleen had a massive scar (12+ inches, the diameter of her pointer finger) disappear in just twelve days.
My friend Meredith Oke gained mental clarity and focus she had never before experienced.
My friend Renita’s mom got up off the couch, when doctors were convinced she was on her way out.
I’ve heard stories of patients crying from pain relief, recovering their ability to walk, talk, work, feel their fingers and toes, and more.
That’s what’s possible with light therapy.
I’ve been using light therapy for years. My wife, son, and I use it every single day at home. We find new uses for it regularly.
And yet most people are not using it, or are using it “wrong.”
Here are a few things to think about when it comes to using light for maximum benefit and minimum downside.
Where We Start
We start with sunlight. I share three powerful habits with all of our patients.
Get into the brightest sunlight possible first thing in the morning.
Take three ten minute walks daily.
Make your home as dark as possible every evening. Turn out extra lights and try to use only warm, soft lighting that isn’t stimulating.
Patients often report better energy, improved mood, faster metabolism, and more with these three simple habits.
There are a few products I’ve found over the years, though, that complement these habits nicely.
And the incredible results I mentioned above?
They didn’t happen with sunlight. They happened with targeted, cutting-edge light therapy.
I’m hosting a new meeting on light therapy where I’ll share real case studies of what’s possible, and the tools our patients have used to heal.
