It's interesting you are not averse to grains and pseudo-grains like David Perlmutter (Grain Brain). And William Davis (Wheat Belly). Do you not adhere to those beliefs? I know WAPF says they're fine as long as they are prepared properly (ie soaked overnight). And seeds also reactivated with soaking and dehydration. It's all a bit of a pain tbh so v interested to hear what you say!

Most people do just fine with grains. It just depends on the person and their goals.

What kind of water is the best? I use filtered berkey water …

I utilize a Berkey also, as well as a distiller. I add trace minerals to both! I also add trace minerals to eggs, vegetables, salads, etc....

Do you use the distiller after you berkey filter it? And where do you get your minerals?

Concentrace is what Dr S usually recommends

Any thoughts on combining starches with meat at the same meal? I've heard they use different enzymes (one mouth, the other stomach) so enzymes compete, making digestion more difficult.

I have heard this too!

Are green veggies things like broccoli, asparagus, brussels, cabbage, and leaves (spinach, lettuces, etc)? I know in the V diet, Stan mentions staying away from veggies that are harder to digest. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Are pseudo grains things like quinoa & millet?

I’m concerned about oxalates, lectins, and histamines, especially with my stomach and digestive system being in really poor shape. Is it best to avoid those while healing the gut/digestive system?
