Why I love it
Brian Richards, founder of Sauna Space, and I had the chance to catch up at RUNGA in mid-October. I tested the sauna myself and looked at the spectral analysis of the light it emits. I am impressed. So is my friend, Dr. Joe Mercola, who raves about the sauna space. The sauna space is hands-down the best way to get into sauna.
Who it's perfect for
Busy people who don’t get enough sun (most of you don’t, so it’s perfect for most of you). The darker your environment, the more important a sauna becomes (if you live in a cold place, this one if a game-changer).

Why I love it
The Inferno is a great size and shape. It allows you to treat most of your body all at once, and you won’t find a better priced panel of the same quality anywhere else. I love my Inferno and use it for at least 20 minutes a day in the winter, even here in Florida.
Who it's perfect for
Busy people who struggle to get time outside and in the sun. The best part about the Inferno is that you can mount it just about anywhere, and it won’t make you sweat (like a sauna). I typically tell people to mount it (or just stand it up) in their closet (or boudoir) and to spend 20 minutes in front of it as naked as possible every day, preferably in the morning.

Why I love it
You can put the Photon from Sauna Space (or various red/IR light panels from other brands) at your indoor workspace to supplement the red and IR light you are NOT getting from sunlight. This is a brilliant hack to boost melatonin production in the skin.
Who it's perfect for
People who spend too much time in one place where they don’t get much light - at a desk, in a kitchen, in a garage, or in a basement.
Why I love it

Blue blockers from Ra Optics or VivaRays
Why I love them
They protect my sleep! They also help me to FALL asleep. Wear a good pair of blue blockers for a matter of hours before bed, and you will probably struggle to stay awake. Sleep is one of the most important factors for your wellness.
Who it's perfect for
If you don’t wear blue blockers when you’re exposed to artificial light at night, then it’s only a matter of time until fake light at night drives you out of your mind. Blue blockers are a must for everyone in a world loaded with fake light.

Why I love it

Why I love it
St. John’s Wort is an herb (you should grow it in your garden!) that has potent anti-viral and neuropsychiatric effects. I use it to treat colds and flus in the winter and to treat depressed moods (it boosts levels of neurotransmitters, but YOU SHOULD NOT USE IT WITHOUT CLEARANCE FROM YOUR DOCTOR BECAUSE IT HAS SOME SERIOUS MEDICATION INTERACTIONS).

I recommend this herb to people with seasonal affective disorder, or outright depression, particularly in the winter months.

Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix
Why I love it
Do I even have to explain this one? It’s pumpkin pie spice! It’s amazing!
Seriously though, pumpkin pie spice contains warming herbs that help to lift your spirits in the winter. It’s not some kind of coincidence that we all reach for them when the weather gets cold.

Low-Blue Lightbulbs from Bon Charge
Why I love it
There is nothing more wonderful than restful, sound sleep. The more blue and green light you have in your environment after dark, and the less you wear blue blockers, the worse your sleep will be. Why I love it
Who doesn’t love salt? Do I even have to explain why I love salt? But seriously, salt is seriously good for you. You need a certain amount of salt for optimal health. I make sure to get at least 2 grams of salt every single day, from a variety of sources. The number one source is sea salt.

Mountain Rose Herbs has some great salts, including sea salts, smoked salts, and salts containing clays and even lava. They’re very colorful and interesting additions to any meal. My favorite is their sea salt, but I also like their lava salt and their smoked salt.
People with high blood pressure may develop worsening high blood pressure if they over-consume salt. Those people need a consult with someone on my team to sort out what is wrong with their blood pressure.
