I have done most of this for the past 12 years in remission from 6 autoimmune diseases, then I got a vaccine and the flu and spent 6 weeks in bed, now struggling with MCAS and getting back to all of this (except the Xthing - I don’t know what that is) and it works - it all really works - the food, the sleep and the walks. Those I live by, literally. Is that X thing like red light?
