The biggest bang for the buck. Light therapy; circadian rhythm, red light therapy, magnetism, water, htma, supplementation for people unwilling to do htma, what to look for in Cronometer, HRV-what do you look for

I’m new to X39 /Lifewave in 2024. I was on your email list for a couple years before a friend told me about LifeWave. I was very impressed by the video interview you did with Steve and Gina Merritt. I think people are looking for self-administered health solutions that are low risk. So maybe that can be a theme (self-administered, low-risk health solutions for those who are considered well by conventional testing).

I agree with Ted and Dean, thank you for your heart!!

My particular weakness seems to be cognitive/mental, tied in with thyroid/hormones and gut issues. As Nathalie mentioned, overcoming stigma and mainstream bias from family and friends is difficult, especially regarding mental struggles, and has significantly slowed my healing journey... So continuing to publicize your research is big in overcoming those obstacles, as people are more likely to listen to a Dr than a "fragile" person about a different way to think. šŸ˜… I love that you're a Joel Salatin fan, and am excited to read your book!

Thanks, and God bless!

More in depth information on LifeWave products. I have been using x39 for 5 months, I am 80 & in average health. Are the patches something to use indefinitely? How important is hydration with patch use? Thank you

The put into practice concepts of quantum biology, quantum physics, as explained by doctor Jack Kruse so as they apply to treating ankylosing spondelitis, sleep apnea, aterial fibrillation, tinnitus, lack of flexibility, and cataracts. As they may all apply to an aging seventy five year old active male.

Advise us on simple protocols (like your one with MSM) that we can decide if we need - and that we can just do it from home. I’m unable to pay your prices for care (I am in Europe and on a pension of 1,250 euros/month) - but if I could pay I WOULD PAY. WITH PLEASURE!

I agree with TedTX's comment, and I would include your engaged and compassionate qualities as well. They are an important, and often missing, part of health and healing.

Most of the answers to the above questions are nuanced and/or nested with each other. I would have liked to do a ranked choice or more than one. Nevertheless, I appreciate you even asking these important questions and wish there were more healthcare practitioners out there like you. I recently listened to your podcast with Alec Zeck and was moved by what you shared and am about to listen again so I can share more info with my family who may find such things helpful. In response to your final question, I cannot say... I am just coming to your work and have yet to fully grasp all you have to offer. Personally, I prefer to work with practitioners that are able to hold multiple views at once, taking useful therapeutic strategies from different pockets of wisdom. I'm currently working on exploring quantum biology, light therapy, circadian biology, appropriate and as minimal as possible supplementation focused mainly on mineral balancing, and movement practices to stimulate lymphatic drainage and detoxification. I am really interested in HTMA analysis but have been unable to afford it. I get labs on a quarterly basis to monitor so-called metastatic (yet undetectable) cancers, Li Fraumeni Syndrome and thryoid hormone replacement levels. I've been super interested to learn more about the Oligoscan and whether that device is on par with or superior to HTMA and labs for a current snapshot of what is happening in the body.

To talk about the scientific evidence behind HTMA and why it hasn’t been widely accepted within conventional medicine. The criticism from JAMA significantly impacted HTMA’s credibility and hindered its acceptance in mainstream healthcare back in the 80s. Also no major studies have been conducted on HTMA since which further limits its recognition in evidence based practice. Coming from a background that emphasizes evidence based approaches and critical thinking, I find it challenging to advocate for HTMA due to the lack of peer-reviewed studies confirming its validity. From my own experience i know about the profound effects HTMA has on health and well-being. Despite this, convincing friends and family about its importance can be difficult as many have never heard of HTMA and often regard discussions about balancing minerals and detoxing metals with skepticism. An educational video that explains HTMAs scientific background and addresses criticisms could be a valuable resource especially for academics unfamiliar with this approach!

What I would love you to do more next year: teach people how to self-diagnose and self-care their health, as much as realistically possible
