Expelled from seven schools before the age of 17, diagnosed with ADHD, and driven by an internal restlessness that conventional environments could never contain, Roudy spent his early adult years outwardly thriving while quietly unraveling. Despite competing in MMA, experimenting with veganism, carnivore, and ketogenic diets, incorporating adaptogens and supplementation, and even training with Wim Hof in freezing temperatures, nothing resolved the relentless brain fog, exhaustion, and suicidal ideation that shadowed him daily. The missing variable, it turned out, was something almost no clinician was talking about.

At 1 AM in a dark basement in Montreal in 2017, scrolling through his phone with burning eyes and a wired yet utterly depleted nervous system, Roudy stumbled upon a concept that would redirect the next seven years of his life. The phrase that stopped him cold was this: “You cannot get healthy in the same light environment that made you sick.” What followed was an obsessive investigation into photobiology, circadian neuroscience, and mitochondrial function that Dr. Stillman unpacks alongside Roudy with clinical precision. Together they explore how artificial light exposure disrupts the electron transport chain within mitochondrial membranes, how groundbreaking research by Dr. Douglas Wallace links up to 90 percent of modern chronic disease to mitochondrial dysfunction rather than nuclear genomic origins, and how the full spectrum frequencies of natural sunlight activate enzymatic processes at rates up to 500 percent more efficiently than artificial alternatives. The conversation bridges biophysics and ancestral health in a way that is both scientifically grounded and immediately actionable, illuminating why a camping trip off the grid may be one of the most diagnostically informative and therapeutically powerful interventions a clinician can recommend.

Roudy’s transformation came not from a pharmaceutical protocol or an exotic supplement stack but from radically restructuring his light environment, restoring circadian alignment, and rebuilding his relationship with natural darkness after sunset. He went on to found VivaRays with the mission of bridging that gap for people still trapped in artificial light environments, creating tools that make these changes practical and sustainable in a modern world. Dr. Stillman connects Roudy’s lived experience to the clinical patterns he observes in his own practice, emphasizing that unresolved chronic illness often points to an energetic environment that has never been addressed, and that consistency in environmental modification compounds over time much like interest on a health asset. Whether listeners are navigating treatment-resistant fatigue, mood dysregulation, cognitive impairment, or autoimmune conditions, this episode reframes the root cause conversation and offers a profound reminder that the body’s capacity for restoration is not lost, it has simply been starved of the inputs it was designed to receive.

For those looking to begin applying these principles in a modern environment, we’ve included a practical resource below.

To learn more or connect with VivaRays visit:

Instagram:@VivaRays

Website: vivarays.com

Special Offer:

Dr. Stillman recommends VivaRays for anyone looking to improve their light environment and support circadian health. For years, he carried a full clinical practice, showed up to serve his congregation every week, and pushed through fatigue that most people would have taken as a warning sign. He told himself he could keep going. And he did, until he couldn’t.

The crash, when it came, was severe. His nervous system was so dysregulated he couldn’t track what his hands were doing. His heart rate was elevated even at rest. He was waking multiple times each night, arriving at mornings agitated and exhausted, barely functional. He had to step back from the work he loved.

He was the one who held things together for everyone else. The disruption in his own health cost him the ability to do that.

If that sounds familiar, the exhaustion you’ve been outrunning, the mornings you wake up feeling worse than when you went to bed, the sense that your body is running a deficit you can never quite pay off, keep reading.

What I Found When I Looked Closer

When I reviewed what he’d been dealing with, the picture was consistent:

Fatigue that had been building for years before the acute crash

Sleep that wasn’t restorative, with frequent waking and elevated heart rate through the night

Waking in a state of agitation rather than calm

No structural disease found to explain it, just a system running on empty

He had seen other providers. He had made lifestyle adjustments. He was not someone who ignored his health. But the foundation had been quietly eroding for a long time.

What I noticed was that his body had essentially stopped recovering at night. Not because of a single dramatic cause, but because years of sustained overwork had depleted his repair margin to nearly zero. His waking heart rate on his tracking device was regularly elevated by more than 20 points above baseline. His sleep scores were in the low 60s. These were not numbers for someone who was simply tired. These were numbers for someone whose nervous system had forgotten how to downshift.

Within about five to six weeks of addressing foundations, including his light environment, his mineral status, and his pace, his tracking metrics began to normalize. Sleep scores climbed back into the high 70s. He stopped waking agitated. He described mornings as calm. By early spring he was snowshoeing uphill and wearing out a high-energy dog on daily walks.

We were still working on some pieces. But the trajectory was clear.

What Nobody Had Looked For

The thing most people miss in cases like this is the role light plays in recovery.

Not light therapy as a single intervention, but light as a fundamental input. The signal your body uses to know when to be alert and when to repair. When that signal is disrupted, night after night, the body loses its repair window. Inflammation accumulates. The nervous system stays primed. Sleep becomes lighter and less restorative. Over time, the repair deficit compounds.

In my practice, I treat light as a foundation, not an optional add-on. Specific wavelengths of red and infrared light support mitochondrial function, which is how cells generate energy for repair. But equally important is the timing of light. Bright, natural light in the morning to anchor the circadian clock, and reduced artificial light after dark to allow melatonin and restoration to do their work.

In cases like his, years of accumulated overwork, mineral depletion from sustained stress, a nervous system stuck in alert mode, the Therapeutic Tree points clearly toward foundations first. Before we look at more complex interventions, the question is always whether the repair window is open. Whether the body is actually able to use the night to heal.

In his case, the answer had been no for a long time. Addressing that was the turning point.

“The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.” — Matthew 6:22

Three Things To Explore This Week

Notice your morning state. How do you feel within the first 15 minutes of waking? Calm and oriented, or wired and agitated? This is one of the clearest indicators of how well your nervous system recovered overnight. Many people accept agitated mornings as normal. In my experience, when foundations improve, this often shifts within one to two weeks.

Fix your light exposure after dark. For three to four days, simply notice how much artificial light you’re exposed to in the two hours before bed, including screens, overhead lighting, and devices. Cut your artificial light exposure as much as possible, without tripping over things in the dark. Use blue blockers and change screen settings to protect your circadian rhythms.

Consider whether pace is part of your problem. His crash wasn’t random. Years of sustained output without adequate recovery left his system running at a deficit long before the acute episode. If you are the one everyone else leans on, the one who keeps going because stopping feels irresponsible, this is worth sitting with. Stewardship of the body is a long game. In my experience, patients who adjust pace before the crash recover far faster than those who wait.

Where to Go From Here

The body has remarkable capacity to restore itself when you give it what it needs and stop taking away what it requires to repair. For this man, reclaiming his mornings and rebuilding his repair window made it possible for him to return to his work, his service, and his life. That is not a small thing.

If you see yourself in this story, the framework behind it is laid out in full in my book, The End of Autoimmunity, releasing this summer at stillmanmd.com. It covers the foundations, the mechanisms, and the step-by-step approach we use with patients to rebuild the terrain.

If you’re interested in working with us to get to the bottom of your health concerns, schedule your Inflammation and Autoimmunity Assessment today.

As always, discuss any changes with your own licensed clinician. What begins as a story of persistent unexplained exhaustion evolves into a broader conversation about how subtle physiologic imbalances can go unrecognized even in high functioning individuals. Dr. Cohen shares how his own experience led him to expand beyond traditional dentistry into a more integrative model that addresses sleep quality, airway health, and whole body physiology.

The discussion challenges conventional assumptions around fatigue, anxiety, and depression, highlighting how these labels can sometimes overlook underlying contributors such as chronic inflammation, nutritional imbalances, and impaired recovery capacity. Dr. Cohen emphasizes that sleep is a foundational pillar of health, noting that even well designed lifestyle or medical interventions may fall short if restorative sleep is not addressed. The conversation also explores how modern care models can unintentionally fragment treatment, while a more holistic and systems based approach can help identify patterns that drive chronic symptoms over time.

Throughout the episode, both physicians reflect on the importance of moving beyond quick fixes and procedure driven care toward a more comprehensive understanding of the patient. Listeners are encouraged to think critically about long term health strategies that include environment, lifestyle, and physiology rather than relying on isolated interventions. For those interested in continuing to explore these themes, Dr. Stillman’s upcoming book The End of Autoimmunity offers additional perspective on complex chronic conditions and evolving approaches to care, coming soon Summer 2026.

To learn more or connect with Dr. Andrew Cohen please visit:

Follow Dr. Cohen on Instagram @andrewcohendmd

Visit sleephealthypa.com

Airway Health Solutions for practitioners.

Additional Resources:

For more on today’s episode visit:
<div class="digest-post-embed" data-attrs="{"nodeId":"d10363eb-ebeb-4afc-aba0-19c97dfe7af6","caption":"Dr. Stillman Uncensored is a reader-supported publication. He’s conscientious, methodical, deeply invested in doing right by his patients. He’s also someone who quietly organized his entire day around when he could sneak in a nap. He fell asleep at a Cirque du Soleil show. He couldn’t get his eyes to stay open between patients.

This is what under-treated, unresolved sleep disruption actually costs. His story is one of the clearest illustrations I’ve encountered of a principle I write about in my new book, The End of Autoimmunity, releasing at the end of June.

The success of procedures or surgeries hinge upon your daily habits and choices.

In the book, we call these, “Essentials and Hazards.” Essentials are key daily habits for health. Hazards are things that destroy your health one day at a time.

If you’ve been told your labs look fine, told to diet and exercise, tried everything in your professional toolkit, and you’re still running on empty, this story is worth your time.

What I Found When I Looked Closer

Here is what Dr. Cohen’s picture looked like over the years:

Lifelong fatigue, present since high school, hitting snooze nine or ten times, planning the day around naps, never feeling rested.

Worsening weight gain, blood pressure creeping up, reflux, anxiety, all attributed to stress, genetics, or lifestyle.

Sleep study confirmed mild apnea and an oral appliance helped, but didn’t resolve, the fatigue.

Blood work “normal.” Fatigue labeled anxiety and depression.

Over time, apnea progressed from mild to severe despite appliances, laser treatments, and a major jaw expansion procedure; his AHI went from 13 to 37, spending over an hour nightly below 90% oxygen saturation.

The pattern I recognized immediately.

Every intervention so far addressed only the anatomy.

No one looked at the terrain beneath it.

What Nobody Had Looked For

The Mechanism

Dr. Cohen’s insight, arrived at through his own suffering, not a textbook, was this.

The root cause wasn’t anatomical, it was his underlying inflammation.

When he began monitoring his glucose with a continuous glucose monitor, he noticed something his colleagues missed. When his blood sugar spiked and stayed elevated for six to eight hours after eating, his snoring got worse. When it came back into range, the snoring subsided. When he lost access to afternoon sunlight in October, the snoring surged again.

This is what I mean by terrain. The jaw anatomy, the deviated septum, the tongue position, the narrow palate, was real. But the inflammation driving soft tissue into that space was metabolic. Fix the plumbing without fixing what is corroding the pipes, and the problem comes back.

He describes it plainly:

“My body was trying desperately to save me, and in the process of trying to save me was killing me at the same time.”

What reversed it wasn’t a third blood pressure medication.

It wasn’t double jaw surgery, which he was scheduled for and wisely declined.

It was returning to the foundations his body had been starved of.

These are foundations we set with every patient early in our programs:

Morning sunlight to anchor circadian rhythm and restore leptin sensitivity

Blocking artificial blue light after dark

Keeping blood glucose stable through food timing and order, not elimination, just sequencing

Within four weeks of consistent light exposure, he stopped snoring.

Within two months, severe apnea had resolved.

Within a year, he was off both blood pressure medications, off reflux medication, down forty pounds without changing his portion sizes.

His AHI is now 2.9.

His fatigue, once a seven or eight out of ten, is now a one.

The question I always face in the clinic is this: do we keep climbing higher into more aggressive therapeutics, or do we return to the trunk and strengthen what is there? For Dr. Cohen, the answer was obvious in hindsight. The foundations had never been built. Surgery on an inflamed terrain would have fixed nothing that mattered and likely made things worse. In my experience, when patients slow down and address the foundations one piece at a time, it often becomes clear within days to weeks what helps and what overwhelms.

“Little things make big things happen.”

-John Wooden

Three Things To Explore This Week

Notice your light exposures, day and night. Most people living with unexplained fatigue are chronically underexposed to outdoor light during the day and overexposed to artificial light after dark. Pay attention to how often you’re actually outside before noon, and how much screen or overhead light you’re absorbing after sunset. Many patients notice shifts in sleep quality and morning energy within a week or two of making consistent adjustments.

Track what happens to your energy after eating. You don’t need a CGM to start noticing patterns. Pay attention to the two hours after your main meals. Do you feel sharper or more foggy? Does your sleep seem better on nights after lower sugar days? Food order matters. Protein and vegetables before starches can blunt the glucose response for many people. This is an experiment, not a prescription. Just watch what your body tells you.

Look at your sleep quality. If you have chronic fatigue, brain fog, weight that won’t move, or blood pressure that keeps creeping up, and nobody has evaluated your sleep architecture, that conversation is worth having. Unresolved sleep disruption creates repair deficit faster than almost anything else, because the body does its deepest repair work at night.

Where to Go From Here

Dr. Cohen’s story is a reminder that the body has to be treated as a terrain. Sunlight, glucose stability, protected sleep, these are not soft interventions. They are the conditions under which everything else works.

If you want to understand the full framework behind what I’ve described here, terrain, repair deficit, and why foundations come before everything else, it’s all laid out in my new book, The End of Autoimmunity, releasing at the end of June. Drawing from decades of clinical experience Dr. Nathan shares how his journey beyond conventional medical training led him to develop a deeply individualized patient centered approach. Rather than relying on rigid protocols he emphasizes the importance of listening intuition and treating the whole person including biochemistry environment and even spiritual health. This conversation offers a rare look into how experienced integrative physicians think through highly complex cases that often fall through the cracks of standard care.

The discussion dives into the emerging recognition of mold toxicity as a widespread yet under diagnosed contributor to chronic symptoms such as fatigue pain cognitive dysfunction and immune dysregulation. Dr. Nathan explains how advances in mycotoxin testing have improved clinicians ability to identify toxic burden while also acknowledging the limitations of current diagnostics. He highlights the interplay between environmental exposures immune resilience and total toxic load including heavy metals and modern chemical exposures underscoring that illness is rarely caused by a single factor. The episode also explores the overlap between mold toxicity and Lyme disease and offers insight into why accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment strategies are essential for meaningful recovery.

Throughout the conversation Dr. Stillman and Dr. Nathan reflect on the evolving landscape of integrative and functional medicine including differing treatment philosophies and the importance of clinical judgment. Listeners will come away with a deeper understanding of why some patients remain chronically ill despite multiple interventions and what may finally move the needle. Dr. Nathan’s book Energetic Diagnosis is discussed as a valuable resource for practitioners seeking a more intuitive and holistic framework for care. For those interested in going deeper, be on the lookout for Dr. Stillman’s upcoming book releasing this summer, which explores these same challenges and offers a clearer framework for thinking about complex chronic illness. The one who read the labels, kept the family fed, and held everything together. She wasn’t the kind of person who got sick, not really sick. So when her knuckles started swelling and her body stopped cooperating, it didn’t make sense to her. She’d already gotten out of the moldy house. She’d already done the cleanses, the gut protocols, the specialist visits. She’d already been told, more than once, that she was lucky it wasn’t worse.

But she wasn’t lucky. She was exhausted. And she was running out of answers.

If you’ve done all the right things and you’re still inflamed, still foggy, still waking up stiff, this one’s for you.

What I Found When I Looked Closer

Here’s what the picture looked like when I dug in:

Years of mold exposure, long since remediated, but the body never fully recovered

Significant joint inflammation and stiffness, diagnosed as an autoimmune condition

Fatigue that had become the baseline, not crashes so much as a permanent ceiling on energy

Gut issues and food sensitivities that seemed to multiply over time

Minerals completely out of balance: copper elevated, zinc low, the body dehydrated in ways she hadn’t recognized

She had tried a great deal. Clean diet. Targeted supplements. Multiple clinicians. She’d done parasite protocols, added things, removed things. She was conscientious in the way that people who take their health seriously are conscientious. She was also clearly still losing ground.

That’s the pattern I recognized. Not someone who hadn’t tried. Someone whose account had been overdrawn for so long that even good inputs weren’t making deposits fast enough.

What Nobody Had Looked For

The Mechanism

The mold was real. The damage it did was real. But mold is almost never the whole story. When I looked at the terrain, the actual internal environment, here’s what I found.

The copper was significantly elevated. Copper in excess isn’t just a quirk; it creates oxidative stress that depletes glutathione, vitamin C, and zinc. And zinc deficiency, in turn, hammers the immune system and makes it harder for the body to regulate inflammation. So we had one mineral problem driving two others. That’s what excess copper does. It doesn’t just sit there; it poisons the downstream nutrients the body needs to repair.

At the same time, she was chronically dehydrated, more than she realized, and her inflammatory markers were high in ways that pointed to accumulated total toxic burden. Mold. Heavy metals. Possibly parasites. The body was still carrying the weight of exposures that had happened years ago, because it had never gotten what it needed to actually clear them.

Here’s how I think about this. Think of your health like a bank account. Every toxic exposure, every sleepless night, every season of running on empty is a withdrawal. Mold exposure at the levels she described is not a small withdrawal. It’s the kind that wipes out your savings and damages your credit. The body can recover from that, but only if deposits are coming in faster than withdrawals. Nutrients. Rest. Clean water. A mineral-balanced terrain. If those deposits never came in sufficient quantity, the account stays overdrawn. That’s repair deficit. And in repair deficit, even a small trigger, a minor stress, a dietary slip, a new supplement, can cause an outsized reaction.

The question in a case like this isn’t “which pathogen do we kill next?” It’s a Therapeutic Tree question: do we keep climbing into more aggressive protocols, or do we go back to the trunk and actually shore up the foundations that haven’t been laid? In my experience, when the terrain is this depleted, climbing higher on the tree before strengthening the roots tends to make people feel worse, not better. The body can’t process aggressive interventions when it doesn’t have the mineral reserves, the hydration, or the basic metabolic stability to do so.

We were early in this work. What I can say is that once we stopped adding and started focusing on what the terrain actually needed, correcting the mineral imbalances, addressing hydration seriously, removing ongoing sources of copper overload, and giving the body the nutrients it had been missing for years, the path forward became clearer. That’s where we were heading.

“Little things make big things happen.” — John Wooden

Three Things To Explore This Week

Notice your copper exposure. Copper is in more places than most people realize, certain supplements, some drinking water, and a variety of foods. It can come from sources that seem unrelated to nutrition. Many people are inadvertently adding copper while simultaneously wondering why their inflammation won’t settle. Pay attention to what you’re consuming and discuss it with your clinician. Some people notice changes in how they feel within a week or two of reducing excess copper sources.

Track your hydration honestly. Dehydration is extremely common in people with joint pain and autoimmune conditions, and it tends to go unrecognized because people feel like they’re drinking enough. For a few days, actually count ounces. Many patients are surprised to find they’re well short of what their body needs, and some notice improvements in energy, clarity, and even pain within days of drinking consistently more water.

Ask your clinician where you are on the Therapeutic Tree. Are you being asked to add more before your foundations are stable? It’s a reasonable question. In my experience, people with mold histories and mineral imbalances often feel much worse when aggressive protocols are introduced before the terrain is ready. A conversation about sequencing, foundations first, then higher-level interventions, can change the entire trajectory of a case.

Where to Go From Here

Mold exposure can be a genuine turning point in a person’s health, but getting out of the building is not the same as recovering. Recovery means restoring the terrain: the mineral balance, the hydration, the nutritional reserves the body needs to actually clear what it’s been carrying and start making deposits again.

One more thing: tomorrow I am sitting down with Dr. Neil Nathan, one of the most experienced mold clinicians in the country and the author of several books on chronic illness and biotoxin illness. We are going to talk about what actually works for patients who have been sick from mold for years, what most practitioners miss, and how his protocols fit alongside the terrain-first framework I use in my practice.

If you see yourself in this story, a useful place to start is understanding your own Repair Deficit, not as a diagnosis, but as a way of seeing clearly where your account stands and what it would take to start making deposits again. The survey takes just a few minutes and gives you a baseline score you can track as you work through the framework.

The full framework, including the terrain-first approach to mold and autoimmunity, is what I’ve built The End of Autoimmunity around, and the book is coming out soon.

As always, discuss any changes with your own licensed clinician. You will hear how this pattern often develops even in people who believe they have already tried everything, including conventional medical care, lab testing, supplements, and integrative therapies.

Instead of focusing first on complex treatment plans, this conversation walks you through the foundational factors that often shape how your body produces and maintains energy. Dr. Stillman discusses how modern environments can disrupt the body’s natural circadian rhythm, particularly when you do not get enough bright light during the day or when artificial lighting remains too bright at night. You will learn why light exposure plays an important role in regulating daily biological rhythms and how simple adjustments to your environment can support more stable energy and more restorative sleep.

You will also hear practical strategies that many patients begin using right away, including getting outside early in the day, taking three short walks throughout the day, and creating a darker and calmer lighting environment in the evening. These straightforward habits may seem simple, but they often help people rebuild a more predictable daily rhythm and feel more rested over time. This episode explores how small environmental and lifestyle shifts can help support the body’s natural systems and create the conditions for better energy and resilience.

For a deeper dive into this topic and the clinical framework behind it, read this related article:
<div class="embedded-post-wrap" data-attrs="{"id":193072633,"url":"https://drstillmanuncensored.com/p/i-did-everything-right-so-why-was","publication_id":78332,"publication_name":"Dr. Stillman Uncensored ","publication_logo_url":null,"title":"I Did Everything Right. By the time she came to see me, she was keeping the whole operation moving on a body that had nothing left to give.

The fatigue wasn’t dramatic. She described it as a “flat-line” - no real highs, just a steady low. She had been to enough doctors to know the routine:

Run labs.

Add supplements.

Feel roughly the same.

If that sounds familiar, then this post is for you.

Here’s what nobody had asked her about:

What time she went to bed.

Whether she saw natural light in the morning.

How she was breathing.

This is how repair deficit creeps up on most people. Not a dramatic crash, but a gradual waning of energy until it “flat-lines.”

What I Found When I Looked Closer

When we started working together, the picture was consistent:

Energy “flat-lined”

Slow sleep onset (prolonged sleep latency), often waking between 2 and 4 a.m. feeling overheated

Colds and flus whenever she traveled

She had not been ignoring her health. She had been working on it for a long time. What she hadn’t done was address the basic signals her body’s clock runs on.

Two months in, things had shifted:

The flat-lined energy started to move.

Sleep that had taken a long time to arrive was now coming quickly.

She was sleeping more deeply, waking more rested.

She traveled and, for the first time in years, didn’t get sick.

We say that small hinges swing big doors. The changes that produced these results were not new labs or new supplements. They were corrections to the foundational signals her body was designed to receive.

The Mechanism

Your body runs on a biological clock - set and reset each day by light.

Here’s what happens when the body gets the wrong signals:

Without morning light the clock drifts. The timing of alertness, hormonal wind-down, and sleep onset all shift in ways that are hard to trace but easy to feel.

With bright artificial light after dark the brain receives a signal that it’s still midday. Sleep hormones are delayed by hours. The window for deep, restorative sleep narrows. Then the body falls further behind on repair.

This is why, in my experience, when the light signal is corrected - morning exposure, dimming the environment after dark, consistent sleep timing - people often begin to notice changes in sleep quality and energy within days to a couple of weeks. The clock is remarkably responsive when you give it what it needs.

“Mal-illumination is to light what malnutrition is to food.” — John Ott

Three Things To Explore This Week

Get outside early in the morning, before you look at a screen. Natural light — even on overcast days — is the primary signal that anchors your body’s clock. No sunglasses needed. This single habit has produced some of the fastest sleep improvements I see in practice, and it costs nothing. Many people notice they fall asleep more easily within the first week of making this consistent.

Dim your environment deliberately after dark. Bright overhead lighting after sunset sends your brain a signal that the day isn’t over, delaying the hormones your body needs to wind down. Candles, low lamps, or warm-toned bulbs in the rooms you use most in the evening are a simple start. People who make this change often report falling asleep faster and sleeping more deeply within a few days - without changing anything else. If you don’t know where to start fixing your lighting environment, here’s what I tell patients in our practice.

Look at your breathing mechanics. If you often feel tired but oddly wired, wake up unrefreshed, or carry a low-level sense of stress you can’t quite account for, your breathing pattern may be part of the picture. Dysfunctional breathing is one of the most commonly missed contributors to fatigue, poor sleep, and low-grade anxiety I find in this practice - and most clinicians don’t screen for it. It responds well to consistent, focused practice and is worth looking into. If you don’t know where to start, here’s what I tell patients in our practice about breathing mechanics every day.

Where to Go From Here

Foundational habits are essential, not optional. This is why I call them “Essentials” in my upcoming book, The End of Autoimmunity.

When the body finally gets the light, the rest, and the rhythm it was designed for, it begins to pay down repair deficit as fast as it can.

If you’ve been waking up tired, dragging through travel, and wondering why nothing seems to stick - I hope this post has given you a few things to think about.

If you see yourself in this story, I encourage you to look into the 14-Day Reset. This is where we start all of our patients.

As always, discuss any changes with your own licensed clinician. They feel stuck somewhere between 0 and 70% better. They’re still struggling with some combination of:

Fatigue that holds them back from their hopes and dreams

Brain fog that they’re worried might turn into something worse

Weight that won’t budge

Pain that is constant and unrelenting, and that is stealing their favorite hobbies and precious time with family

Sleep that is slow to come, quick to break, and just doesn’t feel restful

They’re tired of the struggle. They’re tired of feeling like life is slipping past them. They’re ready to answers.

And they’re drowning in information.

They’ve heard every diet, every detox, every protocol. They’ve listened to podcasts, read books, joined Facebook groups, followed Substacks (mine included).

What we find when we look closer at their diets, lifestyles, supplement protocols, and medication regimens is that there are simple changes that can unlock the results they’re looking for.

They’re not missing information.

They’re missing a coherent framework that pulls that information together into a strategy, not a random collection of tactics.

Here’s how we solve this problem in our new program. We give people:

A single, coherent framework to organize all of it.

A way to know what to do first, what matters most, and what to ignore.

A place to ask questions where the answers are grounded in actual clinical practice, not theory.

What to focus on with limited time, money, and energy.

That’s what I’ve been quietly building behind the scenes.

For years, we’ve been running a teaching framework inside our practice. Here it is:

Principles

Essentials

Hazards

Diagnostics

Therapeutics

We use it every day in the practice. It’s how we tackle complex cases without overwhelming the patient or ourselves in the process. It’s how we know where to start, what to do next, and what to revisit later.

Until now, the only way to learn that system was to become a patient.

The problem is:

I can only take a handful of new patients a month (four is our max).

Demand is far beyond what I can responsibly accept.

And there are thousands of you reading this who will never work with me 1:1, but still need a framework.

So here’s what I’ve decided to do:

Take the teaching,

Take the Q&A,

Take the forms and tools we use in the practice,

And move them into a single place, outside the clinical relationship.

A place where:

I walk through the framework every week, live.

You can ask questions and see how I think about real problems in real time.

You can access a running Q&A with written and recorded answers from over a year.

My favorite perk of membership will be members-only pricing on our supplements. Everything in our online store is 25% off for members.

The membership can pay for itself if you’re on a heavy supplement protocol.

If you’ve been reading my work for a while, resonating with the ideas, but still feeling stuck, then this program is for you.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll share:

What it actually looks like week to week,

How you’ll be able to join if it’s a fit, and

How I see this fitting into the bigger project of making good medicine more accessible without diluting it.

For now, I’m curious:

If you had a weekly slot on my calendar to ask questions and get them answered at a high level (not individualized treatment), what would you ask first?

Reply to this email and tell me.

I’m heavily weighting the opinions of Substack subscribers in what we’re building. Drawing from real cases in his practice, he explains why symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, insomnia, and weight challenges remain some of the most frequent reasons patients seek care, yet are difficult to quantify using traditional medical metrics. Dr Stillman introduces the concept of a structured progress tracking system that evaluates whether patients are getting better, worse, or staying the same, helping practitioners understand healing trajectories even when laboratory markers appear relatively normal.

The discussion highlights a core principle of holistic and functional medicine that healing is rarely linear. Dr Stillman describes how patients often experience fluctuations, including temporary worsening of symptoms, as part of detoxification or healing reactions. Using structured assessments across domains such as energy, cognitive function, pain, digestion, and hormonal balance, clinicians can better identify patterns and guide personalized treatment plans. He emphasizes that meaningful improvement frequently occurs over months rather than weeks, particularly in complex chronic conditions involving environmental exposures, nutrient deficiencies, or autoimmune processes.

Dr Stillman also discusses broader factors influencing modern health, including environmental toxic burden, heavy metal exposure, and widespread micronutrient depletion. Using zinc as a case example, he explains why many patients struggle to achieve optimal nutrient levels in today’s environment and how strategic supplementation and lifestyle changes may support recovery. Ultimately, the episode underscores the value of long term, data informed care models in integrative medicine, where consistent monitoring, patient education, and practical lifestyle solutions such as nutrition strategies and meal preparation can support patients navigating complex chronic health concerns.

For a deeper dive into this topic and the clinical framework behind it, read this related article:
<div class="embedded-post-wrap" data-attrs="{"id":192316016,"url":"https://drstillmanuncensored.com/p/when-doing-more-makes-things-worse","publication_id":78332,"publication_name":"Dr. Stillman Uncensored ","publication_logo_url":null,"title":"When Doing More Makes Things Worse","truncated_body_text":"Dr. Stillman Uncensored is a reader-supported publication. That was years ago now.

If this sounds familiar — if you’ve been stacking protocols, doing everything right on paper, and secretly feel worse the more consistently you take everything — this post is for you.

What I Found When I Looked Closer

When he came to us, the picture had been the same for a long time:

Fatigue and brain fog that could flatten him for days

Recurring abdominal pain

Occasional episodes where he felt close to passing out

He wasn’t someone who gave up easily. He was consistent, well-researched, and taking his protocol every single day.

But the more he added, the worse he felt. That pattern — doing more, feeling worse — is one I recognize in depleted systems. It is not a sign that the patient is broken or imagining things. It is a sign that something about the pace or load needs to change.

This is one of the toughest situations to be in as a clinician. This is the reality of clinical medicine, particularly when you build a reputation and people start coming to you for second, third, fourth, or fifth opinions. The average patient at our practice has seen four practitioners before seeing us. The highest is over thirty. We’re rarely the first call. I think that’s an honor, but it is also a burden. I feel the pressure. And I want to be the one to crack the case.

So what did I tell him? Here’s how I think about this problem.

The Mechanism

When the body carries a heavy toxic burden and finally starts to clear it, the process can feel like things are getting worse — not better.

Here’s why:

Toxins stored in tissues begin to mobilize. As the body finally has the resources to move them, they enter circulation before they can be fully cleared.

The nervous system — already running on high alert — gets flooded with more signals than it can quietly manage. Symptoms flare.

The body looks like it’s failing. It’s actually trying to do too much at once.

His body wasn’t failing. It was overloaded.

The first move, made together with his clinician, wasn’t to add something new. It was to pause, simplify, and see what happened. In my experience, when a patient feels noticeably better during a supervised break from their protocol, the approach isn’t wrong — the pace is too fast. When pieces are reintroduced one at a time and slowly, it often becomes clear within days to weeks which things are helping and which things are adding to the burden.

We can always slow down and rebuild. That is not a setback. That is information.

The second move is to build on the foundations with more advanced protocols. I only share these with patients once I have gotten to know them and we have already established foundational habits. Skipping to these therapeutics before setting a strong foundation is how a lot of patients waste time and money on care like ours, without getting results. And I can’t stand wasting time or money. Our goal is to help our patients achieve the best results possible as efficiently and quickly as possible.

This is why we tend to attract patients like this one - highly conscientious, researched, motivated, and intelligent.

“To do nothing is sometimes a good remedy.” — Hippocrates

Three Things To Explore This Week

Notice whether you feel better on days you miss your supplements than on days you take them. This pattern — feeling worse the more consistently you take something — is one of the clearest signs that your body is overwhelmed, not under-supported. If you consistently feel clearer or less inflamed on days you miss doses, that is important information to bring to your clinician. Many people who track this carefully for a week find a pattern they had never noticed before.

Consider whether more is actually better. If you’ve been adding supplements or protocols over time without a clear picture of how they work together, ask your clinician to help you simplify. A depleted system often responds better to less done consistently than to more done aggressively. People who pare back to the essentials and stay consistent frequently report that within a week or two they feel more stable — not because they added something, but because they stopped overwhelming a system that needed room to breathe.

Pay attention to whether your body ever fully relaxes. If you often feel tired but wired — like you can’t fully exhale, can’t settle even when you’re still, or carry a background tension you can’t shake — that is worth a conversation with your clinician. A system that cannot rest cannot repair. This pattern shows up frequently in people who have been running hard protocols for a long time, and addressing it is often one of the first things that needs to happen before anything else can work.

Where to Go From Here

He wasn’t doing anything wrong. He was, if anything, doing too much — more than a depleted system could process at once.

What he needed wasn’t a new answer. He needed someone to look at the whole picture and tell him it was safe to slow down.

If you’ve been adding more and more supplements or protocols and secretly feel worse the more consistent you are, that feeling is worth taking seriously.

One of the most useful first steps I know in that situation is the 14-Day Reset — not as another thing to add to the pile, but as a two-week experiment in clearing the clutter and returning to the foundational habits from The End of Autoimmunity that give a depleted system room to recover. Most patients spend around 20 to 30 minutes a day on it, and many notice they feel calmer and more stable by the end of the two weeks.

As always, discuss any changes with your own licensed clinician. While conventional medicine often responds with repeated rounds of antifungals, the underlying susceptibility persists, and Dr. Stillman explains why through his clinical framework centered on repair deficit, a state in which the body's capacity for cellular repair and immune regulation falls behind the cumulative burden of damage it manages every day.

Dr. Stillman outlines the three root-cause processes he views as driving virtually all chronic disease, which are metabolic imbalances, toxic burden and toxin accumulation, and infectious or pathogenic processes. Critically, he positions opportunistic organisms including molds, fungi, yeasts, and parasites as downstream consequences of compromised metabolic and detoxification function, rather than primary causes in isolation. When patients are properly nourished and their toxic load is addressed, immune regulation often improves to the point where microbial overgrowth resolves without aggressive anti-infective intervention. Nutritional deficiencies commonly identified in these patients including zinc, manganese, and B vitamins are frequently visible through hair tissue mineral analysis, and targeted repletion can produce meaningful clinical improvements.

Dr. Stillman’s integrative approach prioritizes foundational support first, including precision nutritional therapy, targeted detoxification support through his detox powder formulation, and sustainable lifestyle modification through his 14-Day Reset protocol. When anti-infective treatment is warranted, patients who have addressed the metabolic and toxic root causes typically require lower doses and shorter courses, a clinically meaningful outcome for those who have spent years cycling through symptomatic treatments without resolution. If you have struggled with recurring fungal symptoms, unexplained food sensitivities, or have been told your immune system is simply not working, this episode offers a structured and evidence-informed framework for understanding why and a clear path forward.

For a deeper dive into this topic and the clinical framework behind it, read this related article:
<div class="embedded-post-wrap" data-attrs="{"id":191589022,"url":"https://drstillmanuncensored.com/p/when-the-body-cant-tolerate-even","publication_id":78332,"publication_name":"Dr. Stillman Uncensored ","publication_logo_url":null,"title":"When the Body Can't Tolerate Even a Little Sugar","truncated_body_text":"Dr. Stillman Uncensored is a reader-supported publication. No sugar, no vinegar, nothing on the list. Then one day — a quarter cup of lemonade you didn’t know was sweetened. Back to square one within 24 hours. Weeks of fallout from a single sip. At some point it stops feeling like a gut problem. It starts feeling like your body simply cannot be trusted.

If you’ve been white-knuckling your diet and feel one small slip away from a flare, you’re not imagining it.

What I Found When I Looked Closer

A woman came to us with recurrent yeast infections that had been running her life for a long time.

She was the kind of patient who follows through:

Strict with her diet

Consistent with her protocols

Not someone who cuts corners

She had earned real progress. Her pain was better. Her brain fog — severe enough to force her off work for a stretch — had lifted in ways she hadn’t expected. She was building her life back.

But the yeast kept returning. Any small dietary slip sent her spiraling for weeks, and nothing she had tried changed that underlying pattern.

What Nobody Had Looked For

When I looked at her full picture, two things stood out that no gut protocol had touched:

A significant history of mold exposure

Mineral testing that showed near-total depletion — what I call basic burnout

Here’s what that means in practice.

The immune system needs nutrients to function — to identify threats, mount a response, and clear what doesn’t belong. When the total toxic burden is high and those reserves are gone:

The body loses its margin.

Fungi that a healthier terrain would manage quietly are able to hold on.

A trace of sugar doesn’t cause the infection. It tips a system that was already at the edge.

Now, we find ourselves at a crossroads.

Do we treat the fungal overgrowth as a pathogen to be destroyed — with antifungals, including pharmaceuticals? Or do we focus on restoring terrain, trusting that a properly nourished and detoxified immune system will bring things under control on its own?

In my experience, many patients see significant improvement by focusing first on nourishing and detoxifying — though this is not guaranteed, and the pace varies. Others choose to add antifungals to move the process along. Neither path is automatically right or wrong. What I’ve found is that the best approach is one the patient understands and owns. You are the one who has to live with the pills, the protocols, and the pace of recovery — which is why I work through these decisions together with patients rather than handing down a prescription and sending them on their way.

“There are many paths to the top of the mountain, but the view is the same.” — Chinese Proverb

Three Things To Explore This Week

Notice whether your reactions seem disproportionate to the exposure. Days or weeks of symptoms from a single slip is its own kind of data. It often points to depleted reserves, not just a sensitive gut. Bring the pattern — not just the symptom — to your next appointment.

Track whether your symptoms follow a cycle — better for a stretch, then a crash — rather than being unpredictable. Cyclical flares often reflect the body moving in and out of active detox. Knowing where you are in that cycle changes how you respond to it.

Ask your clinician whether your mineral status, any history of mold exposure, and overall toxic burden have ever been evaluated together — ideally including hair tissue mineral analysis as part of that picture. In my experience, when these pieces are finally looked at as a whole rather than in isolation, the most useful next step tends to become much clearer.

Where to Go From Here

She wasn’t failing because she lacked discipline. She was failing because no one had looked beneath the yeast.

Once we did, the same woman who had been derailed by a sip of lemonade began to find that her body had more resilience than either of us had dared to expect.

If this sounds familiar, one of the most useful first steps I know is the 14-Day Reset — not as a gut protocol, but as a way to put the foundations in place so that everything else has a chance to work. Most patients spend around 20 to 30 minutes a day on it, and many find they feel more stable and less reactive by the end of the two weeks.

As always, discuss any changes with your own licensed clinician. In this episode, Dr. Stillman uncovers how chronic stress and dysfunctional breathing quietly disrupt oxygen delivery and pH balance, fueling persistent symptoms most doctors overlook.

In this episode of the Integrative Medicine with Dr. Leland Stillman podcast, Dr. Stillman examines a pattern many patients experience where symptoms persist despite disciplined nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle efforts. He explains how chronic stress and anxiety can alter breathing patterns over time, leading to what is often described as dysfunctional breathing or hyperventilation. This shift lowers carbon dioxide tolerance, which plays a critical role in regulating blood flow and oxygen delivery to tissues. When this process is disrupted, patients may experience ongoing inflammation, pain, fatigue, and other complex symptoms that are difficult to explain through standard lab testing.

Dr. Stillman breaks down the physiology behind oxygen delivery and highlights why this issue is frequently overlooked in conventional care. He explains that the problem is often not a lack of oxygen in the blood, but rather an impaired ability to deliver and utilize oxygen at the cellular level. This can create a state of relative oxygen deprivation that affects multiple systems in the body. He also connects breathing patterns to acid base balance, describing how chronic over breathing may contribute to a low grade metabolic imbalance that can gradually deplete mineral reserves and impact overall resilience.

The episode also outlines practical, patient centered strategies to begin addressing these root causes. Dr. Stillman emphasizes the importance of becoming aware of breathing patterns, tracking physiologic markers such as urinary pH over time, and optimizing the environment to reduce hidden stressors. He discusses the role of light exposure, daily movement, nervous system regulation, and sleep quality in restoring balance. Eating carefully. Batch cooking from scratch. Managing a full household while still showing up for everyone around her. She had been the responsible one for so long she’d forgotten what it felt like not to be.

And still the pain flared. Her heart raced after meals. Her body felt like it was fighting her at every turn.

This was costing her more than discomfort. It was costing her presence. The ability to show up fully for her family, her home, her faith community.

If you’ve kept it together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside, this one is for you.

What I Found When I Looked Closer

A woman came in managing a long-standing autoimmune condition affecting her joints. She was disciplined and thoughtful. She had made real changes to her diet and was seeing some early signs of progress.

But she was in the middle of a painful flare. Here’s what she was dealing with:

Bloating and abdominal pain

Heart palpitations that frightened her

A constant sense of being out of control in her own body

She had already tried clean eating, multiple clinicians, and a stack of supplements. Nothing had fully moved the needle.

When I looked at her full picture — symptoms, stress load, and the questionnaire we use to assess repair deficit — something stood out that had nothing to do with what she was eating.

She was breathing too much.

What Nobody Had Looked For

Not dramatically. Not in a way anyone would notice. Just chronically over-breathing. Too many breaths per minute. A nervous system stuck on high alert.

We call this hyperventilation syndrome.

Here is why it matters. Carbon dioxide is not just a waste gas. It is what opens your blood vessels and allows oxygen to actually reach your cells and tissues. Without enough of it, the body stays in a state of low-grade physiologic distress. That distress feeds inflammation. In someone already managing an autoimmune condition, it can show up as a flare.

When I looked further, I found something else nobody had checked. Her urinary pH was consistently acidic. Here is what that means in practice:

Acidic pH compounds inflammation

It pulls alkalinizing minerals from bones over time

It makes it harder for the body to repair itself

In her case, it was driven partly by too many grains and not enough root vegetables — and partly by the same underlying picture. A body carrying too large a repair deficit for too long.

Her palpitations, her anxiety, her sense of being out of control — these were not random. They were her body telling her the account was overdrawn.

The question was not whether to add more protocols. It was whether to go back to the trunk of the tree. Restore the foundations that let everything else work.

“Patients should have rest, food, fresh air, and exercise — the quadrangle of health.” — Sir William Osler, MD

Three Things To Explore This Week

Notice your breathing pattern, especially during a flare. Short, frequent breaths. A tight chest. Sighing or yawning for no reason. These are signs your nervous system is stuck on high alert. The three ten-minute walks in the 14-Day Reset are one of the simplest ways to begin retraining your breathing without thinking about it. Many patients find something starts to shift within a few days. Bring this up with your clinician before reaching for another supplement.

Track your urinary pH first thing in the morning. Simple pH strips are inexpensive and easy to find. If you are consistently running acidic, your body is working against itself. The 14-Day Reset meal structure — protein, root vegetables, greens at every meal — is built to move this in the right direction. Root vegetables and greens are loaded with the alkaline minerals your body is pulling from bone to compensate. Many patients are surprised by what they find within a week or two. Work with your clinician on next steps.

Look at your light and sleep before you look at your supplement stack. Circadian disruption is a direct driver of immune dysregulation — and it is one of the most overlooked triggers of flares. Morning light, dark evenings, and a consistent bedtime are not soft lifestyle suggestions. They are how your immune system knows when to calm down. The 14-Day Reset starts here on day one for a reason. Many patients notice more stable energy and less reactivity within the first two weeks.

Where to Go From Here

She was not failing because she lacked discipline. She was in a body that had been running too hard for too long, on a terrain that nobody had looked at closely. When the foundations are missing — minerals, breathing mechanics, nervous system regulation — every system misfires together. Fix the foundations first, and the flare often has less to stand on.

If you see yourself in this story, one of the most useful first steps I know is the 14-Day Reset — not as a flare protocol, but as a two-week experiment in putting the foundations in place so that everything else has a chance to work. Most patients spend around 20 to 30 minutes a day on it, and many find they feel more stable and less reactive by the end of the two weeks.

The Reset draws from the same framework I cover in depth in my upcoming book, The End of Autoimmunity. If you want to be the first to know when it launches, the best thing you can do is subscribe to this Substack.

As always, discuss any changes with your own licensed clinician. Drawing on years of clinical experience, he introduces the concept of “therapeutic runway”- the idea that symptom-relieving interventions may provide temporary relief while the underlying drivers of immune dysfunction remain unresolved. Rather than viewing itching as the primary problem, Dr. Stillman reframes it as a downstream signal that the immune system may be overwhelmed or dysregulated.

Dr. Stillman explains how mast cells and basophils release histamine as part of the body’s natural defense system, but in certain circumstances these responses may become hypersensitive. In his clinical framework, this pattern often reflects a combination of accumulated environmental stressors, nutritional depletion, and immune imbalance. He discusses how modern exposures - from pollutants to dietary factors - may increase the body’s overall burden, potentially contributing to inflammatory skin symptoms such as chronic itching.

Using real patient scenarios, he also describes why symptoms can occasionally flare during deeper healing processes and why this pattern does not necessarily mean a treatment approach is failing.

Taking a holistic, food-first perspective rooted in functional and integrative medicine, Dr. Stillman shares foundational strategies he often discusses with patients seeking long-term immune resilience. These include supporting nutrient-dense diets with adequate protein, emphasizing whole foods such as root vegetables to support metabolic and detoxification pathways, and minimizing certain environmental exposures that may influence immune sensitivity in susceptible individuals. While individual causes of itching vary widely, this episode provides a thoughtful framework for understanding chronic pruritus through the lens of systems biology and whole-body health - helping listeners think beyond symptom suppression toward deeper physiologic balance.

Explore More
<div class="embedded-post-wrap" data-attrs="{"id":189470154,"url":"https://drstillmanuncensored.com/p/when-the-itch-keeps-coming-back","publication_id":78332,"publication_name":"Dr. Stillman Uncensored ","publication_logo_url":null,"title":"When the Itch Keeps Coming Back","truncated_body_text":"Dr. Stillman Uncensored is a reader-supported publication. Sleep is improving. Energy is building.

Then the itching comes back.

Not a little. Enough to keep you awake at night, wondering what you’re missing.

When Patients Can’t Detoxify Fast Enough

A woman came to me carrying years of chronic symptoms — unpredictable itching, low energy, joint and muscle pain, and sleep that never left her rested. She felt like she had, “done everything.” Dermatologists. Allergists. Allergy shots, steroid creams, antihistamines over years. Things would improve and then “go backwards.”

No one had ever asked why the reaction kept coming back.

When we worked through her history, the picture wasn’t a single missed diagnosis. It was a total toxic burden that had never been addressed.

We often use the analogy of a “bucket overflowing” when we talk about toxins. It isn’t the first drop or the thousandth, it’s the ten thousandth drop that overflows the bucket.

That’s when symptoms emerge.

Her bucket was refilling faster than her body could empty it. Food triggers no one had explored. Environmental exposures quietly adding to the load. Foundational habits that weren’t in place. Her mineral testing told a familiar story: depleted trace minerals, an immune system running on fumes.

When we focused on foundations first and figured out what was causing her bucket to overflow, things shifted in ways they hadn’t before. Her joint pain quieted. Her sleep improved. She wasn’t better overnight — but for the first time, the pattern was moving in one direction.

What Chronic Reactions Are Actually Telling You

Think of your immune system as a fire department.

When fires are small and infrequent, the trucks go out, put them out, and come home. But when the calls never stop — when there’s always another fire somewhere — the department gets stretched thin. Things that would have been handled easily start spiraling.

That’s toxicant-induced loss of tolerance. As total toxic burden rises, the immune system loses its ability to distinguish real threats from background noise. Foods that were never a problem suddenly are. The immune system isn’t broken. It’s overwhelmed.

Suppressing the reaction with another antihistamine doesn’t reduce the number of fires. It silences the alarm.

What drives reactions down is reducing the repair deficit that’s keeping the immune system on high alert in the first place.

Three Things You Can Do Starting Today

“Before seeking to heal anyone, ask him if he is willing to give up what is making him sick.” — Hippocrates

Eliminate aluminum starting today. Check your deodorant, your canned beverages, and your baking powder — aluminum hides in all three. Switch to an aluminum-free deodorant, put down the canned sodas and energy drinks, and check your pantry labels. It accumulates quietly over years and keeps the bucket full.

Turn off your WiFi router before bed tonight. Electromagnetic fields from routers and phones interfere with the cellular repair that happens during sleep. Put your phone on airplane mode. Get the router out of your bedroom. This one change has shifted sleep quality dramatically for many patients in our practice.

Build tomorrow’s breakfast around protein and roots. Two fistfuls of eggs, chicken, or beef alongside sweet potatoes, potatoes, or carrots. Most patients chasing chronic symptoms are chronically under-eating the raw materials their immune system needs to stand down. This isn’t a diet. It’s a deposit.

Where to Go From Here

→ Start with the 14-Day Reset — the exact foundation I start every patient on, regardless of diagnosis. Eight daily habits. Two weeks to see what your body is capable of when the load finally starts to come down.

As always, discuss any changes with your own licensed clinician.

Until next time, be well,

Dr. Stillman

Educational content only.
